Businessmen Mukesh Ambani’s young son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are all set to tie the know and their pre-wedding festivities began with the Mameru ceremony. The ceremony is taking place at their residence in Antilia and the venue is spectacularly decorated. From the family following a pink-themed dress code to grand entry on a rath, the function looks all things grand. While several glimpses are out, what’s stealing our hearts is Akash and Shloka Ambani and Isha Ambani Piramal’s kids having fun.

Several inside videos from Anant and Radhika’s Mameru ceremony are going viral on social media. In one of the videos, the bride and groom are dressed in traditional attire, standing on stage with family members. While Mukesh Ambani posed with damadji Anand Piramal and son Akash Ambani, Nita Ambani gracefully welcomed the guests. In another video, Mukesh Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani, is having a delightful moment with her children. The toddlers are seen dancing and enjoying themselves, accompanied by Akash Ambani’s wife, Shloka, and her children.
What is Mameru ceremony?
According to Gujarati traditions, ahead of the wedding, a ritual is observed where the bride’s maternal uncle (Mama) gives wedding gifts to her.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant wedding itinerary
The wedding ceremonies will kick off on July 12 with the Shubh Vivah function. The Shubh Aashirwad ceremony on July 13 will follow it. It will conclude with the Mangal Utsav or wedding reception on July 14. According to sources, the Mumbai wedding is expected to feature performances by Adele, Drake, and Lana Del Rey. There are negotiations underway to finalise their appearances. The events will be a gala affair with all the Bollywod celebs, politicians and renowned business tycoons under one roof.
